Protect your Uphold login by following these essential steps. Two-factor authentication (2FA) and smart password practices make your account far more secure.

1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

• Go to your Uphold account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication.
• Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator or Authy.
• Enter the 6-digit code to activate 2FA on your account.

2. Create a Strong Password

Use at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other sites.

3. Watch for Phishing Links

Only log in through https://uphold.com or trusted links. Check for the secure padlock icon in your browser.
